Thom's gift, passion, and Why are one in the same: to guide fellow earth-loving, distraction-prone professionals & entrepreneurs on a mindful  journey into the fulfilling, why-driven life that awaits them.

 An entrepreneur engaged in creative small businesses since growing-up in his father's architectural cast stone company, Thom is a curious adventurer & unstoppable optimist. He has an enthusiastic love for life and a keen awareness that every human being on earth has a powerful purpose to fulfill and a grateful audience to serve. 

The current leg of Thom's journey - as Life Purpose Guide - is shaped in large part by his dedication to help bring forth an environmentally regenerative, spiritually fulfilling, socially just human presence on this planet - as inspired by Pachamama Alliance, the organization much of his life's work is devoted to. As Co-Lead of the Business Engagement Initiative of this world-changing organization, Thom helps inspire companies large & small to "awaken their organization and change the world" - by way of conscious conversations with game-changing leaders and an empowering interactive program called "AWAKENER."

You can also find Thom lovingly investing a portion of his time playing in the world of Emergence, led by spiritual teacher, thought leader, and friend Derek Rydall. Thom has been (and continues to be) personally trained by Derek since 2015, and he has been an Emerging Edge Master Coach for Derek since 2017. 

A builder & creator since childhood, Thom still enjoys playing a role in shaping the design & direction of the pioneering ECOdesign enterprise he founded in 1997.

An avid walker who puts SLOW, mindful movement at the heart of his work, Thom loves the adventure of trekking along his purpose path.
